Hondros College of Nursing in Maumee, OH is seeking a Clinical Instructor to implement the clinical component of the Nursing Program. You will supervise students, guide clinical practice, evaluate performance, and ensure program outcomes are met in accordance with nursing board standards and accreditation requirements.

The role emphasizes delivering instruction, maintaining office hours, and supporting curriculum implementation, with a focus on NCLEX preparation and full-time workload

Formación

• Teaching experience preferred; minimum of 3 years in nursing.
• Active RN license; must provide professional licenses.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of NCLEX preparation is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver instruction aligned with documented qualifications and areas of expertise.
• Ensure all clinical hours and delivery meet accreditation standards and policies.
• Maintain weekly office hours to support student learning.
• Provide feedback on student performance and support program outcomes.
• Participate in faculty meetings and campus events as directed by the Dean.
• Support NCLEX preparation throughout the program.
• Fulfill full workload as a full-time faculty member.
