Qualifikationen

• Teaching experience preferred; minimum 3 years experience in field of study.
• 3 years experience as a registered nurse.
• Active Ohio RN license that has never been encumbered.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with students, leadership, peers and community partners.
• Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills.
• Must provide professional licenses and certifications required for state teaching and clinical compliance.
• Must adhere to immunization policies and provide documentation.

Aufgaben

• Deliver instruction in courses aligned with documented qualifications and areas of expertise.
• Ensure all instructional activities and required hours are completed per policy and accreditation.
• Maintain weekly office hours to support student learning and address questions.
• Demonstrate instructional presence and contribute to curriculum implementation and assessment.
• Support NCLEX preparation and ensure program outcomes.
• Full-time faculty are expected to teach a full workload.
• Attend campus meetings and participate in committees as designated by the Dean.
• Participate in professional development weeks and campus events.
