Job summary

Qualifications

• Teaching experience preferred (minimum 3 years in field).
• 3 years experience as a registered nurse.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must provide professional licenses and certifications for clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction in courses aligned with qualifications and expertise.
• Ensure all instructional activities and contact hours meet policies and standards.
• Maintain weekly office hours to support student learning and guidance.
• Demonstrate consistent instructional presence per modality and policy.
• Support student outcomes through curriculum implementation and assessment.
• Be accountable for NCLEX preparation throughout the program.
• Teach a full workload as a full-time faculty member.
• Participate in quarterly professional development activities.
• Attend campus meetings, faculty team meetings, and events as directed by the Dean.
• May participate in committees and campus events.
