Hondros College of Nursing in Columbus, OH is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Instructor (BSN Required) to implement the clinical component of the Nursing Program. The instructor supervises students, provides guidance, and evaluates performance to ensure program outcomes.

Responsibilities include delivering instruction across modalities, maintaining office hours, supporting NCLEX preparedness, and participating in faculty meetings and professional development; strong RN licensure and teaching

Qualifications

• Teaching experience preferred; minimum of 3 years in field of study (from requirements).
• Active OH RN licensure with no encumbrances.

Responsabilités

• Deliver instruction in courses aligned with qualifications and expertise.
• Ensure all instructional activities and required hours are completed per policies and accreditation.
• Maintain weekly office hours to support student learning and address questions.
• Demonstrate instructional presence across modalities and policy.
• Support student learning outcomes and NCLEX preparation throughout the program.
• Participate in professional development and campus meetings as directed.
• Attend committees and campus events as designated by the Dean.
