Instituto College in Chicago, IL seeks a Nursing Clinical Coordinator (IDPL) to oversee student clinical placements, secure sites, and orient faculty.

You will coordinate rotations with partners, manage master schedules for clinicals and skills labs, and ensure health screenings and BLS compliance.

Requirements include a Master’s in Nursing, current Illinois RN license, and 2+ years of nursing education or direct care, with simulation experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Master’s in Nursing and current Illinois RN licensure required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Minimum 2 years teaching nursing students full-time.
• Minimum 2 years direct-care clinical nursing experience, medical-surgical preferred.
• Experience with simulation labs and ATI resources is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee student clinical placements and site relationships.
• Ensure health screenings, immunizations, and BLS compliance for students and staff.
• Coordinate master clinical and skills lab schedules with the Associate Dean of Nursing.
• Maintain accurate records of student evaluations and course work.
• Support student learning, retention, and progression.
• Participate in accreditation readiness activities and reports.
