Job summary

Success Education Colleges seeks a Clinical Coordinator to oversee nursing student clinicals, secure and maintain clinical sites, and align learning objectives with facility leaders. This staff role reports to the Director of Nursing and ensures high-quality clinical experiences.

The position requires knowledge of CA nursing regulations, strong communication with faculty, students, and external sites, and a proactive, organized approach to scheduling, materials, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Board of Nursing regulations knowledge for clinical learning.
• Excellent patient and student interactions with diplomacy.
• Strong written communication for memos, emails, and documents.
• Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical facilities and experiences for nursing students.
• Obtain and maintain clinical sites and agreements.
• Schedule and oversee orientation for new staff.
• Evaluate clinical objectives and ensure learning outcomes.
• Support program director and staff in facility retention and operations.
• Order supplies and instructional materials as needed.
• Serve as a substitute instructor when required.
