Qualifications

• BSN or MSN preferred with active RN license in California.
• Direct patient care experience within last five years.
• Experience teaching nursing courses or clinical teaching experience.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical sites where students gain experience.
• Coordinate student assignments and placements with faculty.
• Assist in orientation of new faculty to clinical assignments.
• Ensure clinical affiliation agreements are in place.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain accurate registrar records and attendance.
• Collaborate with Career Services to help students find employment.
• Support curriculum evaluation and program objectives.
