The role includes evaluating student progress and aligning activities with program objectives. As part of the role, you will supervise clinical instructors as needed, support curriculum reviews, and build partnerships with community

Qualifications

• Must meet or exceed all standards listed in Minimum Qualifications.
• Associate Degree in Surgical Technology and CST credential.
• Experience with instructional methodology, curriculum design and program planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates clinical sites and student placements with faculty.
• Supervises, educates, and evaluates clinical faculty as needed.
• Ensures affiliation agreements are in place and up to date.
• Manages documentation for student clinical experiences in advance.
• Evaluates student performance against program objectives with feedback.
• Maintains knowledge of curriculum and program evaluation processes.
• Visit clinical sites and leverage community partnerships for opportunities.
• Supports career services to help students find employment post-graduation.
