Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Clinical Coord- Capacity Management Center Pool to coordinate nursing services across the organization, ensure adequate staffing, and expedite bed assignments. The role involves collaborating with nurse managers and directors to support quality care.

This is a per diem, rotating shift position within a large health system in Pennsylvania. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least five years of RN experience in acute care, plus required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• 5 years experience as a RN in an Acute Care setting required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Required, Basic Life Support Required, PA RN License Required, Multi State Compact RN License Required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the delivery of nursing services across the organization.
• Manages nursing staff resources to ensure adequate staffing.
• Facilitates and coordinates bed assignments within the hospital.
• Assists Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in staff development and human resource management.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Graduate from accredited school of nursing or equivalent combination of education/experience
