• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16.
• CNA license required within four months of employment.
• Certified and registered with the UAP Registry where applicable.
• For some states, Sanford Category II Driver requiring a motor; must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Work as part of the nursing team in a hybrid learning format.
• Complete nursing assistant program and prepare for state exams.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living and document care.
• Communicate changes in client condition to a licensed nurse.
