The role includes evening, night, and weekend shift differentials up to $3 per hour and offers up to $40,000 in financial support to pursue nursing education. Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and dependable with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year related work experience is required.
• Applicants enrolled in an accredited RN or LPN program may qualify for a Student Nurse Associate role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the nursing assistant scope as part of the care plan.
• Identify, observe, and document patient needs and report changes promptly.
• Perform clerical duties and support unit operations as needed.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient safety tasks.
• Coordinate with other care team members to maintain patient throughput and flow.
