Geisinger Wyoming Valley is seeking a Nursing Assistant to join our patient care team. Eligible candidates receive a $1500 sign-on bonus and a minimum $16.25 per hour with higher rates for experience plus up to $3 per hour shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the nursing assistant scope.
• Transcribe and process orders and coordinate tests.
• Assist with activities of daily living and hygiene.
• Document patient observations and report changes to licensed personnel.
• Transport specimens and coordinate with the laboratory.
• Support care team with scheduling and clerical tasks.
