Geisinger Community Medical Center is seeking a Nursing Assistant for night shifts. The position is full-time, 36 hours weekly, with 3 x 12-hour shifts from 7pm to 7:30am and weekend/holiday rotation.

Highlights include a $1,500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, initial minimum wage of $16.25 per hour (with increases for experience) and up to $3 shift differentials. Up to $40,000 in financial support to become a nurse is also offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in clinical settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assistant tasks within the scope of practice.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient care.
• Document and report patient conditions to licensed personnel.
