Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year related work experience preferred.
• Reliability, punctuality and strong attendance essential.
• Ability to work effectively with a care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within nursing assistant scope to support care plan.
• Identify and document patient needs; report changes promptly.
• Assist with activities of daily living and hygiene.
• Support patient safety and accurate specimen handling and transport.
