Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year related work experience preferred.
• Ability to perform both clerical tasks and direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties and direct patient care as needed.
• Document patient needs and report changes to licensed personnel.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient hygiene.
• Provide one-to-one patient safety watch as assigned.
• Coordinate transportation for tests and schedule tests.
• Process specimens and transport to laboratory.
• Attend admissions, transfers, discharges, and orders and facilitate patient throughput.
• Assist with ordering supplies and coordinating with other services.
