Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of clerical duties and direct patient care activities as needed.
• Provide care to patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse within the nursing assistant scope of practice.
• Monitor and document patient condition changes and report to the licensed staff promptly.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient safety tasks as assigned.
• Facilitate admissions, transfers, discharges, and deaths according to unit standards.
