Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) is seeking Part-Time Nursing Assistants for our Lake Minnetonka Shores Long-Term Care team in Spring Park, MN. Roles include NOC, AM, and PM schedules.

Enjoy a faith-based nonprofit setting with strong staff and resident satisfaction, plus on-site amenities and a supportive community. Certification as a Nursing Assistant is required for Long Term Care; caregiving experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Caregiving experience preferred; applicants without experience will be considered.
• Nursing Assistant Certification is required for Long Term Care.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Perform ADL’s as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
• Monitor changes in Resident’s condition.
• Transferring and assisting residents with mobility using various methods (gait belt, mechanical lifts, etc.).
• Ensure residents are cared for with dignity. #PHScaregiver
