Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) is seeking Part-Time Nursing Assistants (Home Health Aide/CNA/Caregiver) to join Folkestone in Wayzata, MN. This faith-based nonprofit offers a close-knit community and a range of care options for older adults.

The role focuses on assisting residents with ADLs and mobility, while maintaining dignity and compassion. Certified CNAs are required for Long Term Care, with benefits including health, dental, retirement, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving is preferred but not required.
• Nursing Assistant Certification is required for Long Term Care.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate with customers.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADLs as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed while following regulations and established best practices.
• Monitor changes in Residents' condition.
• Transfer and assist residents with mobility using gait belts, lifts, and other methods.
• Ensure residents are cared for with dignity.
