Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• NAI listing with NC Department of Health and Human Services is required.
• Current American Heart Association HeartSaver or higher certification is required.
• De-escalation training (Non-violent crisis intervention or equivalent) must be completed within 90 days of hire and maintained during employment.

Responsabilités

• Participates in Quality Improvement (QI) activities and data collection; follows infection control and safety regulations.
• Attends staff development programs and participates in orientation of new staff.
• Maintains familiarity with policies and ensures licensure/certification is active.
• Collaborates with the care team to support patient care and effective communication.
• Documents accurately in the medical record and participates in handoffs.
