Job summary

Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in Saddle Brook, NJ is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to support inpatient care on the night shift. You will assist with vital signs, daily living activities, and contribute to a safe, compassionate environment.

This full-time position offers $21.00–$25.59 per hour plus shift differential, comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, a 100% RN scholarship program, company-matching 401(k), life and disability coverage, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required
• Hospital experience preferred
• Nursing Assistant certification preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Obtaining vital signs, height, weight, and demographic data.
• Assisting patients with personal and daily care (bathing, oral hygiene, grooming).
• Delivering meals and snacks and documenting oral intake.
• Turning and positioning immobile patients and assisting with mobility.
• Answering call lights and performing tasks that support patient well-being.
• Transporting patients to treatment areas as needed.

Schedule: Full-time, NIGHTS 7PM - 7:30AM (Includes Weekday & Weekend Shifts)

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.59/Per Hour (Based on Experience) + Shift Differential
