Grand Lake Health System is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate patient care and support to the interdisciplinary team. You will perform essential nursing assistant tasks, assist with personal care, and help maintain patient comfort on all shifts.

The role requires flexibility to float to 2nd, 3rd, 6th floors and the Emergency Department, with weekend and holiday rotation. Prior CNA experience is preferred; certification or state testing program completion is needed.

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Nursing assistant certification or completion of state testing certificate program.
• Experience as a nursing assistant preferred.

• Perform basic patient care activities for comfort and hygiene.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide quality patient care.
• Float to multiple units including 2nd, 3rd, and 6th floors and the Emergency Department as needed.
