Job summary

Northwood Technical College is seeking a Nursing Assistant Instructor to deliver classroom, lab, and clinical instruction across four campus locations (Ashland, New Richmond, Rice Lake, Superior). The role involves travel district-wide, mobile lab use, and a flexible schedule across three academic terms.

An RN license in Wisconsin and an associate degree in nursing are required; teaching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Current RN license in Wisconsin is required.
• BLS certification required.
• Teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction at multiple locations.
• Develop and revise curriculum including Employability Essentials.
• Plan syllabi, learning plans, and assessment strategies.
• Use varied instructional methods and assess student performance.
• Travel with the mobile nursing assistant laboratory and support site logistics.
