The instructor will design assessments, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in program development to ensure alignment with DHS and HLC requirements. Evening or weekend assignments may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years (4,000 hours) of occupational RN experience, with at least 1 year (2,000 hours) in the last 5 years.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience in a skilled nursing facility providing long-term or rehabilitation care.

Responsibilities

• Plan for and instruct Nursing Assistant courses.
• Design and implement progressive curriculum.
• Deliver high-quality instruction with effective learning strategies.
• Create performance-based assessments aligned with competencies.
