Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Nursing Assistant Instructor to teach and evaluate the Nursing Assistant Training Program. You will maintain records and promote quality care by developing staff knowledge, skills, and attitudes that align with Monarch's mission.

The role requires an RN license in Minnesota, 2 years licensed experience including LTC, and Train the Trainer certification; CPR certification is expected for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota with 2 years of licensed experience (including LPN).
• Minimum 1 year in long-term care provision.
• Completion of Train the Trainer course through Minneapolis Community Technical College.
• Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency care.

Nursing Assistant Instructor

Position Summary:

The Nursing Assistant Instructor is responsible to teach, evaluate, and maintain records for the Nursing Assistant Training Program. This position promotes quality care through the development of knowledge, skills, and attitude of staff.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Minnesota AND 2 years of licensed experience which can include LPN; 1 year must be in a provision of Long-term Care

• Completion of Train the Trainer course through the Minneapolis Community Technical College.

• Successfully completed or will seek certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency care
