Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Nursing Assistant Instructor to teach and assess learners in the Nursing Assistant Training Program. You will maintain records and promote high-quality care by developing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of staff and students in alignment with program standards.

The role requires Minnesota RN licensure with licensed experience including long-term care, plus trainer and CPR certifications.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota with 2 years of licensed experience including LTC
• Completion of Train the Trainer course or equivalent
• Certification in CPR and emergency care

Nursing Assistant Instructor

Position Summary:

The Nursing Assistant Instructor is responsible to teach, evaluate, and maintain records for the Nursing Assistant Training Program. This position promotes quality care through the development of knowledge, skills, and attitude of staff.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Minnesota AND 2 years of licensed experience which can include LPN; 1 year must be in a provision of Long-term Care

• Completion of Train the Trainer course through the Minneapolis Community Technical College.

• Successfully completed or will seek certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency care
