Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota is seeking a Nursing Assistant Instructor to teach, evaluate, and maintain records for the Nursing Assistant Training Program. This role promotes quality care by developing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of staff.

Requires Minnesota RN license with 2 years licensed experience (1 year in long-term care), Train the Trainer certificate, and CPR/emergency care certification.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota AND 2 years of licensed experience which can include LPN; 1 year must be in a provision of Long-term Care
• Completion of Train the Trainer course through the Minneapolis Community Technical College.
• Successfully completed or will seek certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency care

Nursing Assistant Instructor

The Nursing Assistant Instructor is responsible to teach, evaluate, and maintain records for the Nursing Assistant Training Program. This position promotes quality care through the development of knowledge, skills, and attitude of staff.
