Position Summary:

The Nursing Assistant Instructor is responsible for teaching, evaluating, and maintaining records for the Nursing Assistant Training Program. This role promotes quality care by developing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of staff.

Qualifications:

Current RN license in Minnesota and at least 2 years of licensed nursing experience, including LPN.
1 year of licensed nursing experience in a skilled nursing care facility.
Completion of the Train the Trainer course through Minneapolis Community Technical College.
Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care, or the willingness to seek certification.
