Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Nursing Assistant Instructor to teach, evaluate, and maintain records for the Nursing Assistant Training Program. This role promotes quality care through the development of knowledge, skills, and attitude of staff.

You will lead clinical instruction, ensure compliance with Minnesota requirements, and collaborate with facilities across Monarch's network. Current Minnesota RN license with LTC experience required; training and CPR certification expected.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota RN license and 2 years of licensed experience, including LPN; at least 1 year in long-term care.
• Completion of Train the Trainer course through the Minneapolis Community Technical College.
• Successfully completed or will seek certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency care.

Responsibilities
