Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Nursing Assistant Instructor to teach, evaluate, and maintain records for the Nursing Assistant Training Program, promoting quality care through developing staff knowledge, skills, and attitude.

The ideal candidate holds an active Minnesota RN license with at least 2 years of licensed experience (1 year in long-term care) and has completed or will seek the Train the Trainer course at Minneapolis Community Technical College, plus CPR/emergency care

Qualifications

• Must hold Minnesota RN license and 2+ years licensed experience; 1 year in long-term care.
• Complete Train the Trainer course; CPR/emergency care certification expected.

Nursing Assistant Instructor

Position Summary:

The Nursing Assistant Instructor is responsible to teach, evaluate, and maintain records for the Nursing Assistant Training Program. This position promotes quality care through the development of knowledge, skills, and attitude of staff.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Minnesota AND 2 years of licensed experience which can include LPN; 1 year must be in a provision of Long-term Care
• Completion of Train the Trainer course through the Minneapolis Community Technical College.
• Successfully completed or will seek certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency care
