Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Nursing Assistant Instructor in Minnesota to teach and evaluate residents in the Nursing Assistant Training Program. You will maintain records and contribute to staff development to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.

The role emphasizes improving knowledge, skills, and attitudes of staff while aligning with Monarch's mission to deliver outstanding care across its network of facilities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota and 2 years of licensed experience; 1 year in long-term care.
• Completion of Train the Trainer course through Minneapolis Community Technical College.
• Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency care completed or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Teach, evaluate, and maintain records for the Nursing Assistant Training Program.
• Promote quality care through developing knowledge, skills and attitude of staff.

Nursing Assistant Instructor

Position Summary:

The Nursing Assistant Instructor is responsible to teach, evaluate, and maintain records for the Nursing Assistant Training Program. This position promotes quality care through the development of knowledge, skills, and attitude of staff.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Minnesota AND 2 years of licensed experience which can include LPN; 1 year must be in a provision of Long-term Care
• Completion of Train the Trainer course through the Minneapolis Community Technical College.
• Successfully completed or will seek certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency care
