• Active NAI listing with NC Department of Health & Human Services is required.
• Active NAII listing with North Carolina Board of Nursing is required.
• Current American Heart Association HeartSaver or higher certification is required.
• De-escalation training must be completed within 90 days of employment if not current at time of hire

Responsibilities

• Participates in quality Improvement (QI) Activities and data collection.
• Attends staff development programs and participates in orientation of new staff.
• Follows hospital policies and provides quality patient care.
• Maintains licensure and collaborates with the care team to ensure patient safety.
• Performs delegated skills under supervision of licensed nurse and may assist in other duties as assigned.
