Job summary

Vivie is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands‑on resident care in a supportive nursing department. You’ll assist with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility following each resident’s Plan of Care, while ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity.

You’ll monitor health changes, communicate with the nursing team, and help create a home‑like environment. The role requires an active Minnesota CNA license and compassionate, patient, and ethical care delivery.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Minnesota.
• Experience in long‑term care, assisted living, or home health is a plus.
• Care with empathy, patience, and integrity is essential.
• Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
• Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Care - Deliver compassionate, hands‑on care, assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility per each resident’s Plan of Care.
• Support Daily Living - Meals, hydration, companionship, and social engagement.
• Monitor Health Changes - Report vital signs, skin changes, and behavioral or physical changes to the nursing team.
• Create a Welcoming Place - Foster a home‑like atmosphere where residents feel respected and supported.
• Other Duties as Assigned - Ensure residents receive exceptional care and support.

Job description

Schedule: Full Time | 80 hours/pay period | 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. | Includes every other weekend and holiday

Pay Range: $22.60 - $24.00/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, You Will

• Create a Welcoming Place - Help residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported in their daily lives by creating a home‑like atmosphere.

This Job Also Requires

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Minnesota.
