Qualifications

• Active CNA license in Minnesota.
• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home health a plus.
• Able to provide care with empathy, patience, and integrity.
• Physically capable of performing all essential job functions.
• Able to pass state background check.
• Able to read, write, and speak English to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Direct client care - Deliver compassionate, hands-on care, assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility per each resident’s Plan of Care.
• Support daily living - Support daily well-being of residents by offering meals, hydration, companionship, and encouragement for social engagement.
• Monitor health changes - Monitor and report changes, including vital signs, skin conditions, and any behavioral or physical changes. Ensure timely communication with the nursing team.
• Create a welcoming place - Help residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported in their daily lives by creating a home-like atmosphere.

Pay Range:

$19.50 - $23.65/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, You Will

This Job Also Requires

• Ability to pass state mandated background check.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with residents, staff, and visitors.
