Job summary

Vivie in Minnesota is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on resident care in a compassionate, home-like setting. You’ll assist with daily activities, monitor health, and support dignity and safety during shifts 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, with some weekend/holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota CNA license required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living: meals, hydration, and social engagement.
• Monitor health changes and communicate with the nursing team.

Schedule: Part Time | 32 hours/pay period | 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. | Saturday & Sunday | 3 out of 4 weekends and a higher holiday rotation

Pay Range: Premium wage of $28/hour while working scheduled weekends and holidays | Base wage of $19.50 - $23.65/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, You Will

• Direct Client Care - Deliver compassionate, hands-on care, assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility per each resident’s Plan of Care.
• Support Daily Living - Support daily well-being of residents by offering meals, hydration, companionship, and encouragement for social engagement.
• Monitor Health Changes - Monitor and report changes, including vital signs, skin conditions, and any behavioral or physical changes. Ensure timely communication with the nursing team.
• Create a Welcoming Place - Help residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported in their daily lives by creating a home-like atmosphere.
• Other Duties as Assigned - Ensuring residents receive exceptional care and support. The duties and responsibilities

This Job Also Requires

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Minnesota.
• Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home health is a plus.
• Ability to provide care with empathy, patience, and integrity.
• Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
• Ability to pass state-mandated background check.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with residents, staff, and visitors.
