Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vitals, support mobility, help with meals, and encourage participation in wellness activities, while documenting changes for the nursing team.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required or in progress.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; minimum age 16.
• Ability to follow infection prevention policies and proper PPE usage.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain accurate documentation.
• Commitment to ongoing education with annual continuing education credits.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Monitor and record vital signs and collect non-invasive specimens.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ROM exercises.
• Assist with meals and create a positive dining experience.
• Provide psychosocial support and encourage participation in wellness activities.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the nursing team.
• Support housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean environment.
