Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at the West Bend facility. The role operates on-site with 12-hour night shifts (1900-0730), three shifts per week, and rotating holidays.

A CNA provides delegated, age-appropriate patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Preferred candidates will have a Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification, BLS within 90 days, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must hold Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification.
• AHA BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with basic nursing tasks as outlined in competency assessments.
• May provide continuous safety observation and report patient changes to nursing staff.
• Follow care plans and maintain patient comfort and dignity.
