Job summary

American Senior Communities – West Bend is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for full-time day and evening shifts, and part-time night shifts. You will support residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain a warm, dignified care environment.

You will collaborate with licensed staff to deliver coordinated care, monitor residents’ wellbeing, and report changes promptly.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification in Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and assist with mobility.
• Geriatric care passion and commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support creating a comforting and engaging atmosphere.
• Work with nursing teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist residents with mobility including transfers and repositioning to promote independence.
• Assist during mealtimes and accommodate dietary needs.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
