Job summary

Froedtert West Bend Hospital in Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for on-site night shifts (11pm–7am or 7pm–7am). The CNA provides delegated age-appropriate patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and assists with basic nursing, personal care, and safety tasks on the unit.

Preferred is a High School diploma; Wisconsin CNA certification is required or enrollment in a nursing program with appropriate coursework and clinical rotation. BLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• State of Wisconsin CNA certification required or enrollment in nursing program with documentation of coursework and clinical rotation.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support or equivalent within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide delegated age-appropriate care under RN supervision.
• Assist patients with basic nursing and personal care tasks.
• Support basic restorative services and patient safety observations as needed.
