Qualifications

• Valid Washington state license to practice as a nursing assistant certified.
• Active status on OBRA Registry.
• Must be proficient in the English language and be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in resident care planning.
• Build relationships with residents and families.
• Assist with therapies and treatments under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and meals.
• Record vital signs and intake/output.
• Use equipment as needed and maintain clean spaces.
• Lead therapeutic recreational activities.
