Qualifikationen

• Vital signs skill required.
• Record vital signs and other data in EMRs.
• Provide nursing and related care under supervision.

Aufgaben

• Actively participates in the resident care plan to improve life and safety.
• Encourage resident involvement in daily activities and decisions.
• Record intake/output and other vital data in EMR; chart daily.
• Report changes to Licensed Nurse and document observations.
• Assist with therapies and treatments under RN direction.
• Assist with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing).
