Geisinger is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to contribute to high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and strong communication within the care team.

Eligible candidates may receive a $1500 sign-on bonus, a minimum starting rate of $16.25, and additional shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. The position offers full-time hours with day and evening shifts, plus up to $40,000 in financial support to pursue nursing education.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and have strong attendance
• Excellent teamwork and communication to support care team
• Previous related work experience preferred (1 year)
• Ability to provide patient care within nursing assistant scope

• Perform clerical duties and direct patient care activities
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient hygiene
• Transcribe and process orders and coordinate transportation for tests
• Provide one-to-one patient safety watch as assigned
• Maintain specimen integrity and assist with lab specimen transport
