36 hours per week, regular shifts, and a competitive benefits package are available. The position offers a $1500 sign-on for eligible candidates, a minimum hiring rate of $16.25 per hour, and up to $3 in shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clinical skills and strong communication are essential.
• Experience in patient care and teamwork is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within nursing assistant scope.
• Assist with activities of daily living and support care team.
• Document observations and report changes to licensed personnel.
