• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within nursing assistant scope of practice.
• Observe and document patient needs and report changes to licensed staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient hygiene.
• Transport specimens and coordinate lab notifications.
• Support care team and participate in care planning.
