Geisinger is seeking a Nursing Assistant to join our team. The position offers a $1500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and a starting hourly rate of $16.25, with increased rates for experienced individuals and up to $3 shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

There is also up to $40,000 in financial support to become a nurse. The ideal candidate will be motivated, reliable, and capable of delivering high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year related work experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual with strong attendance.
• Ability to meet orientation and long-term scheduling requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care within nursing assistant scope of practice and in accordance with the care plan.
• Identify, observe and document patient needs; report changes to licensed personnel promptly.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and maintain patient comfort and safety.
• Transcribe and process orders; coordinate tests and transport as needed.
