Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Rhode Island license as a Nursing Assistant.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• BLS certification (AHA Healthcare Provider) required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Registered Nurse to organize work and set priorities; perform personal care and basic nursing assistant tasks.
• Provide daily living activities, rehabilitation, and maintain a safe environment; report unsafe conditions.
• Document observations and care data in the EHR; assist in emergency/code situations as needed.
• Perform related duties as required.
