Responsibilities

• Assist under the supervision of the Registered Nurse from admission to discharge.
• Perform personal care and basic nursing assistant skills.
• Support rehabilitation activities and activities of daily living.
• Maintain a safe environment and report unsafe conditions.
• Document patient data in the EHR and communicate observations to the RN.
• Perform duties as required and follow hospital policies.
