Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care under RN supervision.
• Collaborate with RN to organize work and set priorities.
• Perform personal care skills.
• Carry out basic nursing assistant tasks as defined by Rhode Island licensing.
• Support rehabilitation activities and daily living activities.
• Maintain a safe environment and report unsafe conditions or equipment needs for repair.
• Document observations accurately in the EHR and care flowsheets.
