The New York State Department of Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant 1 for the Oxford Veterans Home. This entry-level role provides direct patient care under clinical supervision and supports daily living activities to promote comfort and safety for residents.

Additional Comments

After acceptance into our Nurse Aide Training Program, you will take a 5–6 week class at our facility and be paid while training. You will receive classroom and clinical instruction to help you pass the Prometric New York State Exam. Upon successful completion, you will be eligible to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) SG-8.
