Job summary

IASLC is seeking a Nursing & Allied Health Program Manager to translate oncology science into accessible programs and member experiences. This full-time supervisory role supports multidisciplinary cancer care teams globally and reports to the Chief Marketing & Membership Officer.

It is based in our downtown Denver, CO office with a hybrid schedule; remote options may be considered; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN, NP, or licensed nursing professional.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing experience in oncology or related fields.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 5%).
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Experience in medical education, membership engagement, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical insight and strategic recommendations for programs, medical education, events, and engagement initiatives.
• Serve as liaison for clinical committees and volunteer communities to support priorities.
• Build relationships with nursing and allied health leaders and partner organizations.
• Serve as a clinical SME for internal staff departments.
• Collaborate to identify learning needs and develop clinically relevant education content.
• Review educational content to support accredited nursing education.
• Evaluate programs and engagement initiatives for relevance and participation.
• Identify opportunities to grow IASLC membership and programs; travel as needed.
