Job summary

IASLC in Denver is seeking a Nursing & Allied Health Program Manager to translate oncology science into accessible content, programs, and member experiences. This full-time, exempt role supports multidisciplinary cancer care teams worldwide and partners with the Chief Marketing & Membership Officer.

The role combines clinical insight, education development, and member engagement, with a hybrid schedule based in downtown Denver. Occasional travel up to 5% is required; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible nursing experience in oncology or related fields.
• Oncology/ thoracic oncology experience preferred.
• Ability to translate complex scientific and clinical information into audience-appropriate content.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; travel domestically and internationally up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical insight and strategic recommendations for programs, education, events, and engagement.
• Serve as liaison for clinical committees and volunteer communities.
• Build relationships with nursing leaders and partner organizations to increase engagement.
• Collaborate with Science and Education teams to identify learning needs and develop content.
• Review and ensure quality of accredited nursing education content.
• Evaluate programs and engagement initiatives through a clinical lens and recommend improvements.
• Identify opportunities to increase participation in membership, programs, and events.
